"The building itself is older and needs some touching up. However the room was very clean, with new bedding, a very comfortable couch, a brran new tv with over 200 channels. For the price, you can not beat this hotel."

"I spent $200 for one night, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the price. While the staff was excellent and very welcoming, the condition of the room was disappointing. The floors were dirty, there were visible stains, and most of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom door was also damaged, which added to the overall poor impression."

I think that, given a little amount of effort and focus on concierge level service, this property could become a real resort type experience. Get a little creative and watch the rooms fill up.
